Our company was founded by avid cyclists with a desire for high quality cycling apparel that broke the mold. Since 1992, Primal Wear has been dedicated to providing cyclists with highly technical clothing that looks great and performs perfectly. At our heart, we are cyclists, business people and artists who have found a way to combine our talents to produce some of the most recognizable jerseys in the world. Our original designs set riders apart from the crowd - rather it is by bringing your favorite beers and rock groups to life or showing your pride with our military jerseys.

Since our inception the company has been growing steadily and we now sell hundreds of thousands of apparel items around the world every year. Despite our growth, we strive to maintain the grassroots culture that fosters innovation and creativity and allows us to keep in touch with the soul of the sport we are dedicated to. Primal Wear is not now, nor ever will be, a corporation run by a board whose major concern is peddling rather than pedaling. This is a company of die hard cyclists committed to improving the sport.

While we are in the cycling business, we don’t act like it. Our company is made up of some of the friendliest people in the industry dedicated to providing you with an excellent experience so that the only thing you have to worry about is when you can get out for your next ride. Your order will usually ship the same day it is placed and if there is ever a problem with an order we will personally contact you to make sure everything is taken care of.

Environmental Commitment

As a member of the environmentally conscious cycling community, Primal supports and participates in efforts to direct the corporate community in a sustainable direction. Electrical needs at our Denver headquarters are solely provided by wind power, we have a company-wide recycling program and employees are actively encouraged to use alternate transportation – bikes being the most popular method, of course.

Powerball

Just what is this Powerball all about?

Back in 1997, Rory (our benevolent boss!) came across Powerball and was immediately impressed with its very real and obvious appeal as a revolutionary gadget.

He also suffered from Carpal Tunnel in the past, resulting from many hours spent at a computer keyboard and began to contemplate the benefits of using Powerball in an effort to combat this condition - the uniquely non-impact nature of Powerball makes it ideal for use in the treatment of injuries of this nature.

When the first batch of the splendid spheres arrived on our doorstep, we began to slowly filter them out to friends and colleagues in an effort to garner some very valuable feedback and also to determine the reactions of people to the product...

We just had to see if they were just as hooked as we were!

The rest, ladies and gentlemen is history... Powerball has been a resounding success - in fact a Powerball is sold somewhere in the world every 30 seconds!
